오늘! 서울 뚝배기

Today my friend and I visited Seoul Tookbegi, a Korean Restaurant (서울 뚝배기) for lunch. She ordered 비빔밥 (Bibimbap), and I ordered 짬뽕 (Jjamppong). 아주 맛있었어요!
It tasted great! The Bibimbap was lovely too…it was so hot and nice 😮
그거 짬뽕 맛있었어요. 그리고, 그거 돌솥 비빔밥 맛있었어요.
짬뽕하고 돌솥 비빔밥이 아주 맛있었어요!

‘짬뽕’ is a spicy seafood noodle soup! I didn’t realize that it was a seafood soup until I received it. 😛 I’m not that of a big fan of Octopus and Squid – I did eat some though! But after a while I separated it and put them in one of the side dishes…too chewy for me lol. It was still delicious though! I loved the soup…nice and spicy, I wouldn’t mind if it was a little more spicy though haha.

Sadly, we both forgot to take a photo of our food with our 카메라 – we were both too hungry and forgot about photos! ㅠㅠ

I wanted to try saying something to the waiter in Korean but I was too scared xD but after we finished eating and paid, I didn’t care and asked, “저기요, 한국 사람?” (I was trying to say, “Excuse me…are you Korean?Excuse me…are you a Korean person? XD I couldn’t think of anything else to ask.) he then replied with, “네.” ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 정말 행복해요. Even though it was only ‘네’ it sounds so cool when Koreans speak Korean!! ㅎㅎㅎㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I think/hope he understood what I said, it was probably wrong in someway. xD

Awww how I wish I had some korean friends here, there seem to be hardly any in my hometown. xD

I hope I can visit 서올 뚝배기 again sometime!
