영화: Blind 블라인드

I recently watched one of the movies I have been wanting to watch for a while, it’s called “Blind” starring, Kim Ha Neul (김하늘) and my favorite, Yoo Seung Ho (유승호) I watched the trailer for this movie early this year and was really eager to watch it but there were no English subtitles then, but now there are! Not only was Yoo Seung Ho acting in this movie, it looks pretty interesting too! And also after watching the movie, I found out that the Labrador, Seul-Ki is the same dog in, “마음이” (Hearty Paws!) Her real name is Dolly. This was even better!
A female university student goes missing one day and later is discovered as a victim of a hit-and-run. Assuming the kidnapper and the driver are the same person, police begin investigating the case and find two witnesses who were at the scene: Soo-ah, a visually impaired woman who was once a very promising student at a national police university, and Gi Sub, a young man who happened to see the hit-and run. The case becomes even more complicated as the two witnesses tell different stories about the accident.
I really enjoyed Kim Ha Neul’s performance in this movie, she did a great job as the blind witness. I’m a fan of her now ^_^ Soo Ah (Kim Ha Neul) relationship’s with Gi Sub, (Yoo Seung Ho) character, is something I really enjoyed. Their growing brother sister relationship was just lovely to watch. It’s great that Soo Ah was caring for Gi Sub like she would have with her brother before the accident. Kim Ha Neul and Yoo Seung Ho (He plays his characters so well @_@!) were just really enjoyable to watch, they kept me on the edge of my seat.
Myung Jin (Yang Young Jo), was the mysterious man of this movie. If I could describe him…I would describe him as some crazy dude. I really don’t like him, as he did something so sad. It was the worst part of the movie ever. I can’t even —
I was a little disappointed with his character. In my opinion, he was just shown on-screen as some crazy guy, it would have been interesting to see if he had a good side. But then again, he wasn’t the main character. xD Yang Young Jo played his character really well though, his character, also kept me on the edge of my seat, always wondering if he was going to catch Soo Ah or not. He portrayed a crazy dude really well! I’m so glad he wasn’t able to grab Soo Ah and Gi Sub!
But I think I would be weary of doctors now haha j/k.
I just loved Seul-Ki. I love Labradors. ^_^ She was a great dog. It was a bit odd to see that when Soo Ah was crossing the road when there were cars still passing, Seul-Ki was just standing there, but that’s okay. I still loved her. What she did to protect her owner, Soo Ah was so loyal and heart breaking. That scene just looked so real. I didn’t like it😦 Seul-Ki😦
I didn’t realize she was the same dog in Hearty Paws (Yoo Seung Ho also stars in this movie, by the way. ^_^) until I searched it up! No wonder she looked a bit familiar!
So apart from my sadness, I really did enjoy this movie! My two favourites, Yoo Seung Ho and Dolly made it even more enjoyable. I’m glad that I watched this movie, because I now know of Kim Ha Neul and can keep an eye on her future roles! And yes, crazy guy, Myung Jin really was a crazy guy.
This movie is up on Youtube if anyone wants to go and watch it. “0Kauai0” has it uploaded ^_^
